What is the legal value of my document once my digital signature is revoked or expires?

No matter the reasons the digital signature certificate is no longer valid (ex.: retirement, maternity leave, unemployment), the document preserves its legal value since its authenticity is preserved; the certificate was valid at the time of the signature, the proof of validity is embedded in the document and the integrity is preserved.
