You want to access your signature on a new computer (PC) or on an additional computer (PC).
Select your current situation from the options below:
I have access to my computer where my digital signature is configured.
Follow these steps:
- From your computer where your digital signature is configured:
- Go to your computer’s search tool.
- Find .epf and select the corresponding .epf file.
- Upload the .epf file via email, cloud or USB drive so you can add it on your new or additional computer later on.
- On your new computer or on your additional computer:
- Download CertfiO Suite * and CertifiO Manager.
- * CertifiO Suite includes ConsignO Desktop and Entrust ESP (EESP) software.
- Install CertifO Suite and CertfiO Manager.
- Installation rights are required on the workstation. If you do not have administrative rights on your computer, ask your IT department to grant them or install the software.
- On your new computer or on your additional computer:
- Access your .epf file (see step 1.c).
- Place the .epf file in the location of your choice.
- Open the .epf file; a user session will prompt you to enter your digital signature password.
- Enter your password and click OK.
- An Entrust session will then be opened on your computer.
- On your new computer or on your additional computer, configure the visual aspects of your signature:
- Make sure you have an image of your handwritten signature scanned or photographed (in JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF format).
- Open the ConsignO application.
- Go to Edit.
- Select Create Signature Aspects Wizard.
- Choose From a scanned image or a photo of your signature.
- Select your scanned or photographed handwritten signature image file.
- Adjust image style and information in 3 steps.
- If you have specific requirements, go on Signature appearance creation wizard.
- Click on Save.
- Please ensure that you give a name to your image.
- Click OK to close the window.
Your digital signature is now configured on your new computer or on your additional computer.
I no longer have access to my previous computer.
Follow these steps:
- Download CertfiO Suite * and CertifiO Manager.
- * CertifiO Suite includes ConsignO Desktop and Entrust ESP (EESP) software.
- Install CertifO Suite and CertfiO Manager.
- Installation rights are required on the workstation. If you do not have administrative rights on your computer, ask your IT department to grant them or install the software.
- Recuperate your digital signing certificate:
- Go to notarius.com/recover.
- Enter your previous business email address; you will receive an email at your secondary address AND at your previous business email address.
- If you do not have access to either of these options, contact our Customer Service team.
- In your mailbox, you will receive an email * from support@notarius.com, Open it
- Check your unwanted emails.
- Make sure to add support@notarius.com in your contacts to avoid our emails bouncing.
- Click on Get your digital signature.
- On your browser, answer your 3 security questions and click Next.
- You will receive an email indicating your reference number.
- Complete the form.
- If you have begun the recovery process before, verify your previous emails. You should have received a reference number.
- Click Download and activate.
- Open the .epf file you just downloaded; a user session will prompt you to enter your digital signature password.
- Enter your password and click OK.
- An Entrust session will then be opened on your computer.
- Configure your signature aspects:
- Make sure you have an image of your handwritten signature scanned or photographed (in JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF format).
- Open the ConsignO application.
- Go to Edit.
- Select Create Signature Aspects Wizard.
- Choose From a scanned image or a photo of your signature.
- Select your scanned or photographed handwritten signature image file.
- Adjust image style and information in 3 steps.
- If you have specific requirements, go on Signature appearance creation wizard.
- Click on Save.
- Please ensure that you give a name to your image.
- Click OK to close the window.
Your digital signature is now set up on your new computer or your additional computer.
