I am using Adobe® and I get the message « At least one signature has problems ».

There are 3 possible reasons why:

Your Adobe® software is not correctly configured to validate a Notarius digital signature. Please refer to the document titled How to Configure Adobe Software to Validate a Notarius Digital Signature.
The document has been modified since it was last signed.
The digital signature ID (certificate) used to sign the document has been revoked or has not been updated. Please contact Notarius Customer Care.
