As the RTM is a third-party platform of Notarius, we cannot support it if your digital signature .EPF is fully functionnal. You would need to contact the CNQ technical support.
The CertifiO Manager app is mandatory to digitally sign with the RTM.

Your password is linked to your digital signature certificate .EPF, it is then possible that you have a different password depending on the .EPF file used.

Issues linked to an outdated, expired or revoked certificate are very common for users who copy their digital signature file on multiple computers and/or network drives. The reason is that Entrust is updating the certificate only at one place.
