I changed organizations - CertifiO Desktop

Please note that this solution only applies to subscribers that use their CertifiO Desktop digital signature (hosted on .epf file or token) to log in to the account.

Before you beginmake sure your digital signature subscription is active. If your digital signature subscription has expiredyou must, for security reasonssubscribe again. 

Is your new organization and/or company using the same Notarius digital signature solution as your previous organization and/or company?

Before starting, please ensure to have the following:

  • Administrative rights to install the required software on your new or additional computer.
  • A photo or a scanned image of your handwritten signature in (JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF) format.

Note: If you are subscriber of a CertifiO for Employees signature, please note that your former employer needs to revoke that signature. You need to submit a new application using your new email address.
