Steps to follow

If you don’t receive emails that we are sending, please check the following:

  • The professional email address entered is not link to any existing account
    • To update your contact information, please click here
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder
  • Check that our email address support@notarius.com is authorized
    • Consult your IT team or check the help center of your email provider
  • If you are on an app, please try to access your Inbox from a browser
    • It is possible that your application isn’t properly synced and so, not up to date

If after those checks you don’t receive the email, please contact us.
