I made an error in my email address in my application.

If your digital signature is already activated, you can make changes to your email via:

– “My account” CertifiO Desktop (hosted on .epf file or token)
– “My account” CertifiO Cloud (hosted on the Notarius secure cloud)

 

If you are currently going through the application process, you will have to start over your application with the correct email address. The first application will be automatically cancelled. If you have already paid by credit card, you will be reimbursed within two business days.
