I hold a temporary permit from the OIQ which has expired or will expire soon.

Please select the option that best describes your current situation:

My temporary license will expire soon

Before the date your temporary license expires, follow these steps:

  1. Request the renewal of your temporary license from the OIQ, which will examine your request.
  2. If the OIQ agrees to renew your temporary license, you must notify Notarius promptly, before the expiry date of the current license.
  3. Subsequently, Notarius will validate the payment information with you, if applicable, and request an official written confirmation of your status with the association’s AVA.
  4. Once the information has been received, Notarius will contact you to tell you the procedure to continue using your digital signature.

My remporary license has expired.

As your temporary license has expired, your proof of professional affiliation is no longer valid and therefore your OIQ digital signature has been revoked.

To get a new OIQ digital signature, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the OIQ to request the renewal of your temporary license.
  2. Once your renewal has been accepted by the Association, subscribe to the OIQ digital signature.
    1. Your previous digital signature has been revoked, you can no longer recover it for security reasons.
  3. Once your affiliation with the OIQ has been approved, they will communicate the new expiry date of your temporary license to Notarius.
  4. An activation email for your new signature will be sent to you.
  5. Activate your new digital signature.
