I have renewed my Notarius subscription: why am I still receiving emails asking me to update my digital signature certificate?

When you subscribed to Notarius’ digital signature, you registered to a subscription which is renewable annually.

This subscription allows you to obtain a digital signature file certificate (file in .EPF format hosted on your computer or hosted on the Notarius secure cloud) that will be your tool to digitally sign your PDF. This digital signature certificate has an expiration date which is independent of the subscription you registered for (on average 2 years).

Updates to your digital signature file are required periodically to ensure that it remains secure and valid.

The renewal of the subscription and the update of the file are 2 independent processes (one countable and the other technical): In other words, the renewal of one does not imply the automatic renewal of the other.
