Consigno: The “Sign” button is greyed out


It is not possible for me to sign my document with ConsignO because the « Sign » button is greyed out within the signature wizard and the signature certificate field is empty.


ConsignO is not able to locate the path of the digital certificate.

It is possible that the connection between your digital certificate and the software needs to be established once more if your computer was changed or the location of the .epf file has been altered.


  • In this situation, you will have to log in to an Entrust session with your digital certificate: /en/help/kb/login-entrust/
