ConsignO Desktop FAQ - Most frequent technical problems

List of the most frequently submitted technical questions to our customer service.

  1. I don’t see my certificate in the list, so I cannot sign.
  2. The Sign button is greyed out or I received the message“An error occurred while accessing the certificate.”
  3. I lost my password and/or my digital signature (.epf file).
  4. My signature is invalid in Adobe Acrobat.
  5. The proof of validity for one of my digital signatures is missing (offline signatures).
  6. Technical recommendations for installing the CertifiO Suite
