An error occured while accessing the certificate

Situation

The following error message appears after entering my password within ConsignO : « An error occurred while accessing the certificate »

Reason

ConsignO is not able anymore to retrieve the information associated to the selected Digital signature (following a change of computer, modification of the certificate’s locations, etc … )

Resolution

• Open an Entrust session with your signature certificate : /en/help/kb/login-entrust/
• Restart ConsignO.
