How to remove the automatic payment option from your Notarius subscription?

Here are the steps to follow in order to withdraw the direct debit option from your Notarius online account.

  • Go to your account by following this link: 
    – CertifiO Desktop (hosted on .epf file or token) « Mon compte »
    – CertifiO Cloud (hosted on the Notarius secure cloud) « Mon compte »

If you have a CertifiO Desktop digital signature, you can also log in using Authentication using security questions.

  • Once you gain access to your account, click on the hyperlink of your product under the “My subscriptions” tab:

  • Uncheck the “From now on, I authorize Notarius to automatically charge my credit card for renewal and transaction fees, and understand I can opt out at any time through My Account.” option.

  • Click on “Save changes
