What is the customer portal?

 
The customer portal allows you to securely do many actions by yourself, thanks for the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
 
No more security questions, you now need your professional email address, a password and a phone number (preferably mobile).
 
Such actions include:
  • Managing personal information
  • Update your credit card and your billing preferences
  • Consult your billing history
  • Easily renew all your digital signature subscriptions
  • Recover all your signatures, including .epf files
New features will be added soon also.
 
The customer portal requires the creation of a Notarius account.
