Where to find a copy of my signature appearances on my computer?

Important note:
Copying the images into the same folder on your new computer won’t work, you must reconfigure each signature appearances

When changing computers or signing from an additional one, you will need to reconfigure each signature appearances (images) you were using on your other computer.

1. Open the relevant location depending of your computer type
   • Location for Windows
     • C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\.consigno3\images
   •  Location for macOS
     • /Users/[YOUR_USERNAME]/Library/consigno/images
     • If you don’t find the folder, you might need to access your hidden library:
       1. Open the Finder
       2. Click the menu Go
       3. Press and hold the Alt key to display the Library option
       4. Select the new Library option
2. Select and copy the images onto your new computer
   • You can send them via email, via USB key or a cloud service
3. Reconfigure them in ConsignO Desktop via the signature appearance wizard
