I would like to change the email associated with my Notarius account and my CertifiO Cloud digital signature

Before you begin, make sure you have: 

  • Access to either your associated work email or alternate email; 
  • Your CertifiO Cloud digital signature and/or your Notarius account password; 
  • Access to your second factor phone number. 

Note: It is not possible to change the email address of a digital signature associated with an employment link. However, it is possible to do so for a digital signature associated with a professional association. 

Step 1 : Login to your account.

Follow these steps:

a. Go to the login page My Account. 

b. Enter your work email address even if you no longer have access to it. 

       i. Our systems associate your file with your subscription email. 

c. Enter your Notarius account password.

d. Click on Sign In. 

Step 2 : Changing email 

a. Click on the tab My contact information.

b. Click on the pencil button in the Work email / ID section.  

c. Add your new professional email address.

d. Click on Change.

e. An email will be sent from support@notarius.com to confirm the requested changes.

        i. Check your spam box.

        ii. Be sure to add support@notarius.com to avoid the email going into your spam or junk mail. 

f. From your inbox, click on Validate.

g. Type the confirmation code (SMS or phone call) sent to your cell phone associated with your second factor. Click on Validate. 

You have successfully changed your professional email address associated with your CertifiO Cloud digital signature/Notarius account.
