Specific fees regarding the Chambre des Notaires du Québec

Fees payable

• Digital signature subscription: Monthly fees of $14 (plus taxes) related to the general use of the notary’s digital signature, including the RTM, signing PDF documents, entries in the Organ Donation Registry and the Advance Medical Directives Registry.

• Québec Land Titles (Registre Foncier): Notaries are charged $2.25 (plus taxes) for each digitally signed deed entry in the Regitre Foncier, whether the entry is made directly on the SLRI platform or through a third party platform or study management software.
  • Notices and address changes as well as deletions are free of charge.

• Technological Notarial Act: Access to the platform ConsignO Cloud Notaires is free, but each completed project cost a fee: https://consignocloud.com/notarial-act-user-fees/
