Troubleshooting steps for ConsignO Desktop and Mac OS Catalina (10.15) or Big Sur

Since the update of Mac OS Catalina (10.15) or Big Sur, some third-party software, including older versions of ConsignO Desktop, may have encountered difficulties when running.
