How to update my contact information from the self-service

Prerequisites

  • An active susbcription to the digital signature CertifiO Desktop
  • Access to your signature certificate on your workstation (.EPF file) or your security questions

It is NOT possible to change the email address of a digital signature CertifiO Desktop for Employee.


Steps to follow

  1. Go to your account from our website
    • With your signature certificate (.EPF file), click here
    • With your security questions, click here
  2. Once connected, go to the tab My Contact Information
    • Change your information
    • Click on Save changes
  3. An Email will be sent to your inbox to confirm the changes in your Self-Service account.
