How does Notarius obtain my consent to collect my personal information?

Notarius obtains your consent when you sign up online. By checking the relevant box to accept the terms of use, you are giving your consent. In other words, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of use, and you accept to abide by them. The terms of use cover the following topics:

  • Digital signature usage
  • Data and password confidentiality
  • Licenses
  • Conditions of purchase
  • Applicable laws

Can I change my mind even after I have given my consent?

Yes, you can rescind your consent by contacting Customer Care. However, because your consent is required to certify the information comprising your digital identity, we will need to cancel your subscription

How can I change my personal information?

You can make changes to your personal information by going to “My Account”.

– CertifiO Desktop (hosted on .epf file or token) My account

Does Notarius share my personal information with third parties?

No. Notarius’ internal policies are strict on this subject. Notarius does not share information on their customers with third parties, unless they have given their explicit consent (i.e., online payment by credit card).
